At Living Water Community, we are committed to supporting individuals through significant life changes with understanding, compassion, and practical assistance. Life stage transitions—such as moving out of home, starting a new job, or adjusting to new health needs—can be challenging. Our goal is to walk alongside individuals during these times, providing the tools and support they need to navigate change confidently and successfully.
Our services include NDIS support coordination, psychosocial recovery coaching, and accommodation and tenancy assistance. We work closely with each person to create a plan that reflects their goals, needs, and aspirations. By building strong relationships and providing consistent guidance, we help individuals build independence, resilience, and a sense of control over their future.
Whether transitioning into adulthood, managing a new diagnosis, or seeking stable housing, our team is here to ensure that every step is supported with care, dignity, and respect.

We understand the importance of language and cultural connection, offering multilingual support, with a particular focus on Nepalese-speaking individuals in Tasmania. By embracing diverse backgrounds, we ensure accessibility, effective communication, and a strong sense of belonging for those we serve.
